Novatek’s owners approve 27.67 rbl/share in dividends for Jan–Jun

MOSCOW, Sep 30 (PRIME) -- Russian gas company Novatek’s shareholders have approved paying 27.67 rubles per share in dividends or a total of 84.014 billion rubles for January–June, the company said in a statement on Friday.

The record date for the dividends is October 11.

Novatek’s major owners are Leonid Mikhelson with an undeclared share and Russian gas giant Gazprom with 9.99%. Gennady Timchenko’s Ena Invest and Volga Group hold 19.16% and 4.3% respectively, while France’s Total owns 14.9%.
